Responsibilities:

Assist customers in their efforts to be cost-effective, using effective value-added selling techniques to outline the benefits of our products. Grow market share in assigned territory; Meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast. Channel management (Recruitment, Training, Performance monitoring) for all distributor partners within India and Export territory. Conduct training for customers & channel partners to ensure proper usage and application of products. Conduct product trials for new product developments and provide feedback to the technical staff and the laboratory. Collaborate internally to develop new products and improve existing products to meet customer needs.  Provide on-site technical support and training to customers and channel partners as required; evaluate new product technology. Develop sales and value selling skills to assigned customers. Handle all product in accordance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with MBA. Minimum 10 years+ of experience in sales and technical service, preferably in the chemical speciality field Experience in value selling. Team Player and ability to travel extensively. Preference will be given for those who have working sales experience in Middle East countries.
