Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. You will play a key role in promoting our luxury real estate properties in Bengaluru.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus
