Job Summary:

The Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and client acquisition efforts within the IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT staffing solutions, managed services, or IT services, with extensive knowledge and stability in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize market research and insights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands. Use this information to refine sales approaches and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, delivery, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in IT staffing sales, client acquisition, managed services, or IT services selling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market dynamics, client requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Client Relationships: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience in managing key accounts and understanding client business needs.
  • Stability: Demonstrated career stability with a consistent track record of performance in previous roles within the staffing industry.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based in or relocate to Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai.
