
Assistant HR Manager

- Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to making offers, and facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Employee Relations:Address employee grievances and conflicts, conduct investigations, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- HR Policy & Compliance:Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement:Create and manage employee engagement plans, organize team-building activities, and promote HR programs that improve job satisfaction.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR files, both physical and digital.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws:Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring, termination, and benefits.
- Payroll Processing:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating gross and net salaries, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Audits & Reviews:Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Develop & Implement Audit Plans:Create and execute comprehensive plans to audit HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Policy & Procedure Review:Evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure they are functional, adequate, and up-to-date.
- Experience:Proven experience in an HR or audit-related role, with experience in HR metrics and HR systems often required.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
