Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR, located in Gurgaon. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. The role also involves developing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Assistant Manager HR will collaborate with various departments to meet their staffing needs and support employee engagement initiatives.
