Role Overview: Business Head/Sales Head (USA Staffing Market)
Location : Noida Sector 63
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Head/Sales Head with experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets. This role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for the USA staffing market, focusing on IT, engineering, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
- Identify and target prospective clients through networking, market research, industry events, and digital channels.
- Build, strengthen, and manage senior-level relationships (CXO/VP/HR) with enterprise, mid-market, and fast-growth companies
Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and client visits to generate leads and build a pipeline.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
- Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry, including at least 4-8 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
- Deep understanding of staffing processes, employment laws, and talent trends in the USA market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinker, with a hunter mentality and strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications.

Can work to the expectations of the organization.
Can maintain cordial relationship with people.
