The ideal candidate should have in-depth destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2C or B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities: Sell customized holiday packages for destinations including South-East Asia, Australia–New Zealand (ANZ), Europe, Kenya, China, and Japan. Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and itinerary planning to client servicing and closure. Understand client requirements and design suitable domestic and international travel packages. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth tour execution. Stay updated on destination knowledge, pricing trends, and seasonal promotions. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in selling holiday packages (International & Domestic). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be from a Travel & Tourism background. Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
