Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader - Sales Operations at Lemonpeak in Chennai. As a Team Leader (Sales), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and team performance of our International BPO.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategy, analyzing call center metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management or sales operations
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations, sales processes, and performance metrics
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and call center management tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Experience in developing sales strategies and implementing sales initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
