Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Dr. Realty. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales goals and objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to ensure the sales team is equipped to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
