You’ll be the mind (and taste buds) behind new-age products — from reinventing mithai to crafting next-gen fusion snacks.This role goes beyond cooking — it’s about leading the full R&D lifecycle: from concept to kitchen to shelf. You’ll create, test, standardize, launch, and scale — all while building and mentoring a culinary team that can replicate your vision across our outlets.What You’ll Do:Dream up new products across namkeens, mithai, fusion snacks & bakeryExperiment, taste-test, refine, and perfect your creationsStandardize recipes & processes with clear SOPs for consistencyCollaborate with production, packaging, and retail teams for launchesBuild and lead a kitchen innovation team to roll out products at scaleStay ahead of market trends and ensure every bite is on point with customer tastes Who You Are:A chef with strong experience in Indian sweets, namkeens, or modern/fusion snacksPassionate about experimenting and pushing creative boundariesStrong in execution — balancing creativity with commercial practicalityAble to develop & document processes for replication across locationsLeadership experience or ambition to build and manage a teamCulinary degree/diploma is a plus — but great taste and great ideas matter mostWhat You’ll Get:A platform to innovate at one of Gujarat’s most iconic food brandsThe chance to shape product lines enjoyed by thousands every dayAn on-site, hands-on role with full creative freedomCompetitive pay + a collaborative and fast-moving work cultureThis is a full-time, on-site role in VadodaraOnly candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate will be consideredReady to stir up something amazing?
