Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Chef De Partie based in Vadodara. The Chef De Partie will oversee food preparation and presentation for assigned sections of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new recipes. The role also involves training junior staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the head chef in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
- Knowledge of inventory management, kitchen organization, and food safety standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in training others
- Creativity and adaptability to develop and execute new recipes
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred, but not mandatory
- Passion for innovation in culinary arts and a commitment to high-quality dishes
