Position :Sales Coach- Customer Service

Division : BPO

Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Process.

Required Skill Sets:

- Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or management- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to effectively teach and reinforce these concepts.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate others, and provide constructive feedback.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies to meet the needs of diverse sales teams.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.- Passion for coaching and developing others, with a commitment to fostering a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Key Accountabilities /Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to onboard new hires and enhance the skills of existing team members.- Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and skill gaps to identify training needs and areas for improvement.- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to Advisors to help them improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.- Collaborate with Operations team to develop customized coaching plans for underperforming team members and monitor progress towards improvement.- Create and deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and materials on topics such as sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new sales methodologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of sales training programs.- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the impact of training initiatives on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.- Serve as a mentor and role model for sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional development goals.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
