The Ecommerce Operations professional will spearhead our efforts in managing inventory, overseeing replenishments, handling returns to vendor (RTV), and coordinating shipments. This individual will ensure that our operations align seamlessly with our sales strategies on major Ecommerce platforms, maintaining the availability and visibility of our products to meet our customer's needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Operations: Oversee the operational aspect of our presence on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, ensuring efficient handling of stocks, replenishments, and RTV processes. Has an in-depth understanding for Amazon & Flipkart Seller portals . Ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory levels, optimizing stock based on sales forecasts and market demand. Should be able to plan & execute shipments across all FBA/FBF clusters. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishments and efficient shipment processes. Regularly audit product information across platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy in listings.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Monitor key operational metrics such as stock levels, replenishment rates, and return processes to optimize performance. Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, address any performance gaps, and strategize for improved operational efficiency and sales outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align operational strategies with marketing campaigns, ensuring product availability for promotions and peak sales periods. Collaborate with external partners, including logistics and distribution partners, to enhance operational effectiveness and market reach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in Ecommerce operations, specifically with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
  • Experience in handling stock management, replenishments, RTV, and shipment coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce operational requirements and marketplace platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for operational insights and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior knowledge of inventory management systems and fulfilment processes is highly desirable.
