Job Description:

We are seeking a E-Commerce specialist to assist in guiding and supporting our team through the successful use of Hector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Amazon Ads or other marketplace ads for at least 6 months. The role involves client onboarding, client servicing, client relations with Hector and analysis of client’s data via Hector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding the clients and managing the clients use cases with Hector
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs and handholding support for the Hector platform.
  • Guide the team in using Hector effectively for ad management and optimization.
  • Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ads or the Hector platform.
  • Retain and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing use and understanding of Hector.
  • Offer recommendations to improve the effectiveness of ads and overall campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to retain and engage team members through ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure consistent and successful use of Hector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads or other marketplace ads.
  • Familiarity with ad optimization strategies and techniques.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
