Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing preferred.8-10 years of Sales & Business development of specialty chemicals to Polymer/ Wires & Cables / Lubricant Industry.Specialty chemicals sales experience to Personal Care, Fragrance & Flavors industries.Preferred Product selling experience – Surfactants, emulsifying agent, thickeners, Specialty solvent, pigments & extenders, fragrances. Finding application in personal care and /flavors and fragrances.

Key ResponsibilitiesSeeking a Techno-Commercial person with “Hunter” mindset. Ability to build new sales. Suitable Guidance and mentorship will be provided but the person has to be a quick learner and a self-starter.Meet budget objectives by managing Customer- Product mix and Margins.Growth strategy: Implement sales & marketing strategy and deliver sales & margin budget and growth Collection ofReceivables and business documents.Communicate effectively with principals and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.Generate daily reports / Market visit reports / principal review calls and daily briefing of activities.

Key CompetenciesPassion and drive for Business results and to Serve Customers in an agile manner, with excellent Prospecting Skills – sampling, conducting trials to commercialization.Business Acumen: Strong knowledge, understanding and application of business parametersNegotiation skills to help understand customer requirement and Market dynamics.Integrity, discipline and Trustworthiness : Work independently with minimal supervision, reliable execution.Entrepreneurial Mindset. Constantly willing to look for new product lines and principals for growth.Computer knowledge, with creativity and presentation skills.

Office Hours: 9 AM – 5.30 PM. Alternate Saturdays are a half day working. (9 – 1.30)
