SyntheticMR, a company specializing in providing innovative quantitative solutions in the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the diagnostics field, particularly within the neuro community. The key deliverable of the is role is to engage with Neurologists to increase awareness and scan requests to the existing installation base (neuro-imaging centres) of SyntheticMR for achieving targeted cash flow for each site. The candidate will be responsible for managing 25-30 sites as per assigned region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Account and Site Management
Manage a portfolio of 25-30 neuro-imaging centres (existing installed base) of SyntheticMR within the allocated region
Create and implement site specific business model to achieve financial goals
Sales and Revenue generation
Increase awareness and drive scan requests from neurologists to maximize revenue at each site
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address barriers to achieving cash flow targets
Engagement
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing neuro-imaging centres and neurologists
Engage with management, radiologists and marketing departments of IB (25-30 sites)
Liaison with PROs of IB to increase business potential
OEM Management
Work closely with multiple OEM teams across the specific geography
Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in public and private sectors
Engage and collaborate with government agencies, research institutions, and other stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities
Marketing
Strategically plan and execute campaigns with imaging centres to achieve sales numbers
Compliance and Ethics
Ensure that all commercial activities adhere to legal and ethical standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is a plus
10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related role within the diagnostics or healthcare sector
Strong background in the neuro diagnostics field
Core Competencies:
In-depth understanding of diagnostics and neuro-imaging solutions
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to drive site performance
Proficient in delivering impactful presentations and engaging with healthcare professionals
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve revenue targets
Willingness to travel as needed
