Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads for the company. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, understanding customer requirements, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction while achieving targets

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.

Maintain customer databases, records, and daily call logs.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunitiees

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.

Proven experience as Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Skills:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Active listening and problem-solving ability.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Time management and multitasking skills
