Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Tele callers to join our team. If you possess strong communication skills in Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Outreach:

- Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.
- Sales and Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and facilitate the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Language Proficiency:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed individual and team-based targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

Communication Skills:

- Possess excellent verbal communication skills to articulate our offerings clearly and persuasively.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to accurately convey their features and benefits to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Strong command of Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
- Basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- **Work location**: Office No.1, Chaphekar Wadi, Near Sheth Gh. High school, Borivali East, Mumbai - 400066.

- 10.00am to 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
