Managing Tenant relationships on call, Handling leasing and rent collection and optimizing property profitability.
The role also involves resolving tenant issues coordinating with vendors and contractors and maintaining compliance with regulation and policies.
Interact with clients through calls, emails at initial stage. Make sales pitch to customers by understanding their needs and requirements .
Research contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings .
Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipelines.
Pro actively develop opportunities to sell products and solutions to perspective clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
