Assistant Manager – Lead Generation

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all form of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads and other forms of Demand Gen
- Responsible to connect target companies decision makers to influence them to workIdentify potential targets to match the requirement / capability and set up qualified meetings
- Responsible for coordinate activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision makers
- The role demands strong understanding of the product engineering space services lines, verticals, customers and competition, and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with the prospects.
- Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect’s pain points
- Hand-off to the sales team in this role, you will ensure that the meeting targets of for the campaign are met
- Skills & Experience required desired 6 - 12 years of experience in a similar role in product engineering service space
- Strong knowledge of MedTech & HC vertical
- Strong knowledge of Demand generation and sales process on Salesforce
- Strong knowledge and working experience in specific vertical (Must) lead gen exp.
- Having good experience in Lead gen as per JD requirements – 6 to 12 years who can generate L3 /L4 leads
- Willing to work in full time on Lead gen role ( There is no Account management or Sales responsibility, BDM in this role)
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Bachelors / Masters in Relevant Engineering Disciplines
MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing
