We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (35+) to lead our cosmetic and personal care manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada, with strong leadership skills and a sharp understanding of operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
Manage and coordinate between the labour force, quality control, formulation teams, and accounts department.
Engage with existing and potential clients to maintain and build business relationships.
Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and financial performance with a keen eye for numbers.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading teams and managing people across diverse functions, manufacturing experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
