Job DescriptionØ

Regional Head (Assets) will be responsible for conceptualizing and establishing sales strategy and ensuring sales targets.

Ø

Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans for the region.

Ø

Manage the sales team by appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

Ø

Development, preparation, and promotion of Product sales programs.

Ø

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key clients for repeat business or referrals.

Ø

Aligning with the marketing team for lead generation strategies for sales.

Ø

Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for Sales force infield in the region.

Ø

Managing sales of products like HL, EL, VL etc.

Heading the team across entire region and managing the vertical efficiently to meet the organizational goals.

Ø

Responsible for achieving the overall sales target of the Region with the desired product.

Ø

Team handling, optimizing team productivity and achieving given business targets.

Ø

Sourcing business through open markets through different channels.

Ø

Executing, implementing & developing sales plans to achieve the target.

Requirements

Ø

Should have a minimum of 6 years' experience of team handling of 50 plus team members.

Ø

Good oratorical and communication skills.

Ø

Creative problem solver pursuing a challenging environment.

Ø

Mentor and guide team members when needed to accomplish branch goals.

Ø

Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.

Ø

Good Analytical skills to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.

Ø

In-depth understanding of banking products and its position in the industry.

Ø

Focused on product-oriented customer services along with cross sell of other existing products

No. of years of relevant experience

Ø

10-12 Years of relevant experience in sales of Retail Asset Products.

EducationØ

Qualification- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

AgeØ

Maximum 50 years as on 01.01.2024

Rs. 10 Lakhs to Rs. 18 Lakhs (Max) per annum
