JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in both developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. This dual-focused role requires a strategic approach to identifying new opportunities, securing business deals, and managing client accounts to ensure ongoing success and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (Farming) - 75%:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Regularly assess client requirements and ensure our service offerings meet their evolving demands.
• Implement client retention strategies to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Business Development (Hunting) - 25%:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
• Develop strategies to approach potential clients and convincingly present our staffing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and recruitment professionals.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
• Report on sales results and forecast future sales.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in staffing sales, business development, and account management.
• In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.
Education
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Location- Noida, Sector 63, A Block S
Shift timings - US Shift EST- 6:30 PM -3:30 AM IST
Level of Experience- We are open to hiring candidates at every level, from Executive to Leadership level.
Behavioral Attributes- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
