Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and versatile Assistant Multimedia Manager to joinour dynamic team and spearhead video production initiatives across a variety of settings,including outdoor, indoor, and sports environments. The ideal candidate will have a strongcommand of camera operations, advanced video editing skills, and a creative flair for visualstorytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensureseamless collaboration across teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production and ManagementPlan, shoot, and produce top-quality video content for diverse events, including outdoorshoots, indoor setups, and live sports coverage.Operate and manage professional-grade equipment, including cameras, lighting, audiodevices, drones, and gimbals.Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to finaldelivery.
Video Editing and Post-ProductionEdit and enhance video content using industry-standard tools such as:o Adobe Premiere Proo Final Cut Proo Adobe After EffectsIntegrate special effects, animations, and graphics to elevate the visual appeal.Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and mixing for professional-qualityoutputs. Graphic Design and Multimedia SupportCreate visually appealing graphics and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop; familiaritywith Adobe Illustrator is a plus.Develop graphic overlays, branding elements, and motion graphics to complement video content.
Team CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to align video content with the brands strategic objectives.Equipment ManagementMaintain and manage video and audio equipment inventory, ensuring all tools are project-ready.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in video production and multimedia.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in multimedia production with a focus on video.Technical Skills:o Advanced expertise in camera operations and video production equipment (e.g.,gimbals, drones, microphones, lighting).o Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.o Experience in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.o Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.Core Competencies:o Proven ability to independently manage video production projects from pre- production to post-production.o Strong storytelling abilities with an eye for detail and creativity.o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Platform Knowledge: Experience in creating and optimizing content for digital platformslike YouTube, Instagram, and websites.
