ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Designation: L&D Associate
Department: HR
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of training programs ( Online / Offline) as per centralized monthly training calendar in coordination with unit L&OD teams
Coordination in the training evaluation process i.e. feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools
Manage learning resources, materials, and external vendors, to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
Execution of e-learning courses across the organization by collaborating with location L&OD leads
Maintain Training MIS and all learning-related activities data, create L&ODdashboards and for monthly report and audit purposes
Manage and execute “Company sponsored and professional development program” as per company policy for employee higher education
Vendor payment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in learning and development or related roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Stakeholder management skills– internal and external
Ability to work independently with ownership and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working experience on Learning management systems (LMS) platform preferred
Certification training and development (e.g., Diploma from ISTD)is a plus
