ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Designation: Deputy General ManagerDepartment: IT- SAP Delivery LeadReports to: Head IT and SAP CoELocation: Raigarh

Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for SAP Application and Project DeliveryInterfacing with Business Users, Implementation Partners, Support Service Vendors and location HeadsCoordination and review with Module CoEsHandling conflicting situations with Business and Functional Heads for delivery prioritizationEnhancements prioritizationPrioritization of the development and communication to stakeholdersFunctional reviewInterfacing with Business Users and Development TeamPlanning and ensuring delivery of SAP S/4 HANA Implementations & Rollout ProjectsProject Preparation/ Planning for Business Blueprints / Implementation / DeliveryPlanning and initiating Kick-off meetings/ Steering Committee meetings / Project pre and post Go-Live meetingResource Management & DevelopmentDetermine Resource requirements for delivering the projectsResource Allocation / Acquired resource from external sourcesTeam Evaluation and resource development planning

Desired QualificationMCA/BE/MBASAP Certification in any of FICO/SD/MM added advantage

Experience12 to 15+ years of experience including 6-7 years in SAP S/4 HANAAt least 3+ years of management experience in SAP S/4 HANA Delivery Management.At least 3+ years of management experience in SAP Operations and Application / Service Delivery

Knowledge and Skills and AttitudeGood functional Knowledge on SAP FICO/ SD/ MM/ /PM /PP / QM modulesTechnical Knowhow on ABAP and FioriManagement knowledge of SAP team and Implementation Partners.SAP Audit.
