Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee- Project Management & Business Development at Metina PharmConsulting Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with project management and business development activities. Your day-to-day tasks may include market research, client communication, proposal preparation, project coordination, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies.

PM JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·

Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

Learn to create project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets and maintain status reports.

·

Client Communication: Gain exposure to client interactions in client meetings, gathering requirements and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

·

Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes. Contribute ideas for innovation and optimization within the project management function.

·

Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders.

·

Manages expectations of all project stakeholders.

· Monitors resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget

· Work closely with Project and Business development manager along with team for prospecting clients, tracking new enquiries, draft proposals with scope of work.

BD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Develop a deep understanding of business development process aiming towards closure of deals.

• Proactively keeping a track of & respond to incoming inquiries via emails/ calls by carefully noting their requirement & corresponding the same to the BD & PM Manager for next actionable.

• Scheduling & participating in client calls thereby noting minutes of the meeting to be sent to the attendees.

• Understanding client requirement & assisting in customised proposal preparation, sharing with clients, following up till closure of the proposal through sign-off.

Working towards timely updating & management of client database.

• Ensuring communication of scope of work to the concerned team post proposal sign-off, overseeing & ensuring smooth operation till closure of the project.

•

Ensuring regular follow ups with clients for closing deal.

•

Pharma exhibition participation planning & execution.

• Preparation & updating of inquiry database post participation in various pharma exhibitions, sending correspondence via emails proactively.

•

Travel frequently to attend client meetings and conferences with BD & PM team.

Experience & Qualifications

- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. MBA from a premier institute would be considered as a strong advantage.- Previous Experience in pharmaceutical project management & Business Development experience between 0 - 01 years is a plus.- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.- Professional email drafting skills.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team- Accuracy, diligence and attention to detail.- Must have basic understanding of project tracking.- Strong time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Eagerness to learn & grow.

Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
