Our comprehensive services include pre-cargo survey, transportation, packaging, insurance, warehouse/port loading, international transportation, customs formalities, door-to-door shipping, and chartering.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES:
Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries requiring international shipping and logistics services.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.- Collaborate with operations, pricing and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our freight forwarding services.- Create detailed proposals and quotes tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Negotiation and Contract Closure:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and long-term agreements.- Close sales deals and finalize contracts while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
