Our roots go back to our parent company Bombay Seeds Supply Co. which was established by Mr. Motilal K. Shah in 1885. Bombay Seeds has been dealing in all agro inputs for past 130 years.

**Foggers India as a company importing crop protection sprayers and fogging machines from Kwazar - Poland and Curtis Dyna Fog - USA. Its Head Office is in Navi Mumbai. Our sales reach is Pan India Level**.

**Presently we are in below business verticals-**

1. Human Health and Hygiene (3 H)

2. Crop Protection Equipments

3. Farm Equipments & Machinery

**We offer below Products**:
Pop Up Sprayer, Hand Compression Sprayer, Power Knapsack Sprayer, Spray Hose Pipe, Spray Lances and Nozzles, Brush Cutter, Thermal Fogging Machines, Cold Fogging Machine Electric Operated, Cold Fogging Machine Petrol Engine.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DESIGNATION/ TITLE**:Trainee - Project Officer

**DEPARTMENT**:Sales

**REPORTING TO **Manager - Sales and Marketing

Reviewer: CEO & Managing Director

**LOCATIONS - Head Quarter. : Vashi, Navi Mumbai**
- Vashi, Head Office shall remain as ultimate reporting location. You need to work from head office only

**Assigned Sales Territory**:

- Pan India level. Currently focusing on Mumbai, Maharasthra

**OBJECTIVE**
- Generating revenue from Channel Sales/ Dealers and Distributors, through institutional sales and Direct sales.
- Generating sales from dealers and retailers for Insects products, Pest control, pesticides, Focusing on Human health & hygiene

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Refer Daily Routine**

**1.** **Revenue Generation**
- Generating revenue from Dealer & Sub Dealer Network, Direct Customers, farmers etc. Visiting dealers, Sub Dealers. Giving product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generating business from Tendering, Institutional Sales.
- Handling direct corporate customers/ Institutional sales like Hospitals, Factories, Storage and warehouses, Pest Control Service Providers etc

**2. Network Expansion**
- Identifying and creating the retailers & dealers network
- Dealers Business Development & servicing existing dealer’s network.
- Appointment of Dealers.

**3. Marketing Initiatives**:

- Conducting Business promotional Events such as Road Shows, Farmer

Meeting, Participating in Exhibitions.

**4. Reporting**:

- Updating the leads and it’s updates in leadcube CRM software
- Reporting Daily Sales activities in prescribed structure.

**Total Experience: Fresher**

**Driving Skills**:
**Mandatory clause for the employment**: Must have his own two wheeler, permanent driving license and driving skills for two wheeler. The said vehicle must be used for official travelling.

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate with relevant work experience.
- B.Sc Agriculture/ MBA - Agribusiness Management
- B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech - Agricultural Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Other Expectations**:

- Must have his own smart phone.
- The employment shall be effective from the date of said employee start staying in the assigned Head Quarter i.e. Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

**Facilities**:

- Covered under TADA policy - expenses incurred for official tours shall be reimbursed as per TADA policy.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
