Position: Management Trainee

Experience: 0-1 year

Location: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Assignments: Work on assigned projects and initiatives under the guidance of experienced mentors and managers. Apply theoretical knowledge gained during training to real-world business challenges and contribute to the success of the projects.2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to gain a holistic view of our business operations. Participate in cross-functional teams to solve problems, drive innovation, and improve processes.3. Property Research and Analysis: Learn how to conduct market research, analyze property data, and assess investment opportunities. Assist in evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment proposals.4. Sales and Leasing Support: Support the sales and leasing teams by assisting with property showings, preparing marketing materials, and responding to client inquiries. Learn effective sales techniques and strategies for closing deals in the real estate market.5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders. Assist in addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.6. Project Management: Gain exposure to real estate development projects and learn about the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Assist project managers in coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.7. Financial Analysis: Learn how to analyze financial statements, perform property valuations, and assess investment performance. Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for real estate assets.8. Legal and Compliance: Develop an understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Assist in reviewing contracts, leases, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong academic performance.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and technologies.

CTC: 3-4 LPA + Incentives

Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
