Human Resources Manager

Topgrip Industries is a family-owned business that was established in 1980 in Kolkata. We specialize in manufacturing pressure gauges, valves, and forged components for Indian Railways. Over the past five years, we have also expanded our operations to include the export of BIW Fixtures and Powertrain Fixtures, as well as providing build-to-print services for Tier One companies in the United States. With three factories in India, we have a dedicated team of 160 employees. Our commitment is to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations through continuous improvement and quality management.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at our Hyderabad location. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. They will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee relations issues
Experience in performance management and employee development
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
