Job Title: Manager - Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad, India


Role: Full-Time


Job Summary: The Shri Ram Academy, an emerging IB school, is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven Manager of Human Resources to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of oneness and wellness within our school community. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Performance Management:
  • Conduct performance management sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management:
  • Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development:
  • Improve and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees to enhance skills and performance.
  • HR Strategy and Policy Development:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations and Wellness:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Promote wellness initiatives and activities to enhance employee well-being.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Partner with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support the implementation of organizational development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Expertise in training and development for managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment.
