Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting our most valuable asset – our people. You‘ll manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a passion for building a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective job postings, and source qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and extend offers of employment.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support in line with company policies.
Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues; recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
Address performance management concerns, partnering with managers to create development and corrective action plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to design and implement development programs.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both internal and external.
HR Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desired Qualifications:
A professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
