Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Furniture industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record in Business Development, Sales, or a similar roleExperience in the Furniture industry is strongly preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and persuasive abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsResult-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targetsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as needed

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential clients in the Furniture industry and develop strategies to attract and acquire new businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersPitch and present our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value we can offerCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targetsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challengesProvide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and pipelineStay up-to-date with industry developments and customer needs to drive product and service enhancements
