Business Development Executive

In this dynamic role, you'll be a visual Swiss Army Knife. You'll work with a diverse range of photo and video content, breathing life into them through creative editing and ensuring flawless execution of our brand vision.


Responsibilities:


  • Photo Editing:Edit and retouch a variety of digital photographs using industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Enhance image quality, adjust color, lighting, and composition to create visually stunning visuals.
  • Ensure image consistency and adherence to brand guidelines for all photography.


  • Video Editing: Edit and refine video footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Implement creative edits to tell a compelling story, including transitions, sound design, and color correction.
  • Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and music to further enhance the video's impact.


  • Overall Responsibilities: Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for both photos and videos.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, marketers, and other creatives to achieve project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest editing trends and software advancements.
  • Should be able to travel for various photoshoots.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in photo and video editing, or a combination of both.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of both photo and video editing techniques, including color correction, retouching, compositing, and video effects.
  • Excellent eye for detail with a passion for crafting visually engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Adaptability and a constant drive to learn and improve your skills.
  • Prior experience in printing, print layout is a must.
  • Skills in Drone photography is a bonus.
