Job Description: As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly switch between sales, marketing, and business development tasks. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to create compelling presentations and content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
Utilize strong sales skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including market research, strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
Create engaging presentations and content that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.
Utilize various tools and technologies to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience in end-to-end marketing, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in using various tools and technologies to support sales and marketing efforts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach with a willingness to take on multiple tasks and wear multiple hats for growth and expansion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
