Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of search engine optimization (SEO)? We're seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an SEO Manager. In this role, you'll lead our SEO efforts, driving organic traffic growth and maximizing visibility across search engines.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable target terms and phrases, and incorporate them strategically into website content and metadata.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for search engines, focusing on factors such as keyword density, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Technical SEO: Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including site architecture,indexing, and site speed, collaborating with web developers to implement best practices and resolve issues.
  • Content Strategy : Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and ensure alignment with target keywords, user intent, and industry trends.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, fostering domain authority and improving search engine rankings.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, tracking key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Algorithm Updates: Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain and improve search visibility.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, benchmarking our performance against industry peers and implementing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to integrate SEO best practices into broader digital initiatives and maximize impact.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth and improving search engine rankings across multiple websites or clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, with experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush,Ahrefs,Moz etc
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to draw insights from SEO metrics and analytics data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop holistic SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, considering both short-term wins and long-term sustainability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose SEO issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve performance and overcome challenges.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to mentor junior team members, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
