Job Description: Tutopiya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales processes.
