Role Overview

As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, driving strategic operations in a fast-growing AI+EdTech startup. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and education technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline internal processes and manage operational workflows
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and meeting logistics
  • Conduct foundational market research on EdTech & AI trends
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and leadership summaries
  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making
  • Coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagements

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate or Master's in any discipline
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Interest in education, technology, or strategy
  • (Preferred) 1–2 years of operations experience or exposure to AI tools
