Role & responsibilities

  • Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
  • Build automated journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized engagement flows
  • Design and optimize campaigns for both existing patient funnel and external funnels (new acquisition)
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and share actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene of customer data within Martech platforms
  • Stay updated on Martech trends and recommend best practices for business growth

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Martech platforms (Netcore, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus (understanding patient lifecycle, healthcare marketing nuances)
