Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, developing business plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include information exchange with clients, working closely with departments within the organisation, analyzing client needs, addressing client queries.

Qualifying Requirements

  • Experience in the warehousing or logistics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong quantitative & Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong Customer Service mindset
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and juggle priorities
