Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HiPo Program Manager to lead and manage Schbang's High Performers (HiPo) program. This role is pivotal in identifying, nurturing, and retaining our top talent, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and opportunities to drive innovation and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage the HiPo program, focusing on talent identification, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to align the HiPo program with Schbang's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a clear framework for selecting high performers, including criteria, assessment tools, and processes.
  1. Talent Development:
  • Create personalized development plans for each participant, including training, mentoring, and stretch assignments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers, coaches, and mentors to deliver high-impact development experiences.
  • Monitor the progress of HiPo participants and adjust development plans as needed to ensure continuous growth.
  1. Engagement & Retention:
  • Foster a supportive and challenging environment that encourages HiPo participants to excel and stay engaged with the program.
  • Organize regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to keep participants motivated and committed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks of attrition among high performers, ensuring that Schbang remains their preferred place to grow.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure the HiPo program meets the needs of various business units.
  • Present regular updates on the program's progress, challenges, and successes to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between HiPo participants and the leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  1. Performance Measurement:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the HiPo program.
  • Analyze program outcomes and provide data-driven insights to optimize the program.
  • Report on the return on investment (ROI) of the HiPo program to stakeholders.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in talent management and high performers programs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the HiPo program to ensure it remains cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related area, with a focus on high performers.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing talent development programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Passion for talent development and a deep understanding of what motivates high performers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a creative, media, or technology-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and methodologies.
  • Coaching certification or experience in executive coaching.
