RoleOverview:

Theincumbent will be responsible for – the design, development and deliveryof learning programs that are rooted in Glenmark's context. These programs canbe instructor-led, self-guided, virtual or digital.

OverallResponsibilities:

Design and deliver various training workshops on topics relatedto soft skills and behaviour Project management- coordinating with external learning partnersfor course content design, commercials, inviting course nominations, sendingcourse invites etc. Stakeholder management- coordinate for ensuring nominations forvarious training programs Training data management on the Learning Management System forreporting and regulatory purposes Conceptualise and work with SMEs to develop bespoke DevelopmentJourneys for identified employee group Designing training collaterals like flyers, invite mails etc.

EducationalQualifications and Experience:

3-6 years experience in Learning anddevelopment

Knowledge and Skills( Functional/ Technical ):

Confidentindividual with good front ending abilities Excellentwritten communication skills & strong listening skills Proficientin MS Office (Excel skills are a must)
