Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance their business growth. Day-to-day tasks include networking, negotiating deals, and developing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Business and Communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate or digital marketing industry is a plus
