Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you’ll work closely with potential and existing clients to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will be integral in building client pipelines, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our portfolio.

Objective 1: Within your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with our business model, offerings, and client journey.

- Collaborate with the Business Development Lead and team members to gain an in-depth understanding of our business objectives, current processes, and growth goals.- Start building relationships with internal teams to effectively understand and communicate our services to prospective clients.- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and familiarize yourself with our target audience, competitors, and industry trends.

Objective 2: Within your first 3 months, you will actively drive business development initiatives.

- Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients by leveraging direct sourcing, networking, and industry contacts.- Partner with the Business Development Lead to understand client needs and deliver compelling pitches and proposals aligned with our solutions.- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for leads in your region, from initial contact to proposal and contract negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.- Contribute to strategic discussions on ways to enhance our offerings and drive more value for our clients.

Objective 3: Over the next 6 months, you will strengthen client relationships and build future pipelines.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns, attend networking events, and identify potential partnerships that drive growth.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, anticipate their future needs, and build lasting relationships.- Report market insights and trends to the Business Development Lead to ensure alignment with business goals and adapt to market dynamics.
