Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (US, Europe, Middle East)
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads
    • Leverage CRM tools and platforms to track prospects, sales activities, and pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
    • Understand client needs and propose customized software solutions that align with their business goals
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client discussions and negotiations
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Create and adjust our overall lead generation process, including the potential use of AI tools to make this the most scalable sales process
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Present and demonstrate software services, including custom development, integrations, and consulting services
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFPs tailored to client requirements
    • CLOSE deals and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams for execution
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive landscape
    • Monitor competitor activities and use insights to refine value propositions and strategies
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the eCommerce software services or IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of software services such as custom development, SaaS, integrations, cloud services, eCommerce, and consulting
  • Good exposure to B2B software services selling
  • Good understanding of outbound lead generation using
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B sales deals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, and experience selling eCommerce technology services
  • Experience working with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
  • Strong networking skills and a track record of building strategic partnerships
Compensation and Benefits
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
