As a key team member, you will oversee business planning, system development, and capital procurement. Your role involves implementing processes to achieve KPIs, crafting financial plans, securing funding, and preparing for future initiatives. You will also oversee financial reporting, metrics tracking, and business analysis. This position presents a compelling opportunity for individuals who are analytical, creative, and strategic.



What will you do:


  • Work closely with the founders with focus towards business planning, building systems & processes and fundraising strategies.
  • Identify and implement the processes, tools, resources, and data needed to drive the projects with defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Build and monitor annual operating plans and long-range financial planning models.
  • Raise funds for the company basis the current requirement and, proactively prepare the company for the next round of funding
  • Perform financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions


What will you need:


  • 4 to 6 years' experience working with Management Consulting Firm
  • MBA (Finance/Strategy) from Top Tier Institute/CFA
  • Takes ownership and proactively addresses new challenges and opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills -both oral and written -with strong attention to detail.
  • Be collaborative, and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Results-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills, organized team player with leadership qualities.
  • Strong analytical and problem – solving skills
  • Proficient in financial modelling
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
  • Preferred knowledge about the start-up ecosystem
