Position Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, encompassing various aspects of human resources management. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The candidate will be handling HR duties for both of our Indian and Canadian offices.Working Days: Monday SaturdayWork Timings: 7pm 3am ISTKey Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and proactively implement necessary policy changes to maintain compliance.HR Policy and Procedures: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and align with organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance managementStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that drive business results.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
