1) Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

2) Proven ability to negotiate.

3)Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.

4)Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

5)Good marketing skills to effectively market properties

6) Market knowledge
