Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive for our direct to consumer business located in New Delhi. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to customer retention, sales, communication, payments and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer retention and delivering excellent customer experience
  • Ability to analyse customer data and provide insights
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of the agriculture or food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and one year experience in the relevant field
